“Happily I have been learning from Christen for quite some time. Initially I enjoyed individual sessions with her when I felt in need of higher guidance. Then I joined in-person classes which were valuable in two ways — deep spiritual experiences and group camaraderie. Christen is a master at creating group esprit.”
